Move Better, Feel Better, Think Better

I am always struck by the beauty of

non-verbal communication and how much can be exchanged between two individuals without saying a word.

After receiving a B.S. in Anthropology from Tulane University, I moved to NY and worked as a dancer with award winning choreographers specializing in improvisation and immersive theater. In 2011 I became a Feldenkrais Practioner, training with David Zemach-Bersin.  I learned how to share my gift of movement and communication to improve people's lives. In 2009 I started teaching Awareness through Movement classes at the Feldenkrais Institute and other studios in NYC until moving to Israel in 2015. Since then I've worked at Chupat Cholim Clait, providing supplemental health care to varied populations individually (FI)  while cultivating a private Feldenkrias practice and teaching English.

I love working with all my students and watching them grow and develop a sense of body awareness as they experience milestones for the first time or easing out of their chronic pain and discomfort.
